Automatic Disqualification

- Inability to verify operational credentials or identity
- History of fraudulent or non-compliant processing activity
- Involvement in prohibited or illegal business activities
- Any intent to circumvent applicable regulatory requirements
- Prior network violations or material misrepresentation
