1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HireYourSolution platform, website, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, applicants, and registered partners.

2. Description of Services

HireYourSolution operates as a professional operator onboarding and engagement facilitation platform. Our services include:

• Operator application processing and structured compliance credentialing
• Facilitated introductions between credentialed infrastructure operators and businesses seeking operational collaboration
• Formal written service agreement facilitation between qualified parties
• Operator portal access, analytics, and engagement management services

Important: HireYourSolution does not itself process payments, hold or operate payment accounts, or act as a payment service provider in any capacity. HireYourSolution is a professional facilitation and advisory platform only.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete information in all applications and communications
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not be subject to any sanctions, regulatory enforcement actions, or legal prohibitions that would prevent lawful participation

4. Application Process & Operator Admission

Submission of an application does not create any obligation on the part of HireYourSolution to accept the application or admit the applicant to the operator network. HireYourSolution reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion. Admission to the network is contingent upon successful completion of our compliance credentialing process.

Applicants must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Misrepresentation or omission of material facts in an application is grounds for immediate disqualification and potential legal action.

5. User Obligations

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify HireYourSolution immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations
• Not engage in any activity that could disrupt or harm the Platform or other users
• Not attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Comply with the terms of any service agreements facilitated through the Platform

6. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from using the Platform to:

• Facilitate any illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or tax evasion
• Misrepresent the nature, ownership, or compliance status of any payment infrastructure
• Conduct any activity that violates applicable payment network rules or processor agreements
• Engage in any form of deception, impersonation, or false representation
• Violate any applicable financial services laws or regulations
• Process or facilitate prohibited industries as defined by applicable laws and regulations

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including all content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to HireYourSolution. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HireYourSolution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. HireYourSolution's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to HireYourSolution in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

HireYourSolution does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Platform, or the outcome of any partnership arrangement facilitated through the Platform.

9. Termination

HireYourSolution may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
